Shipping
Online orders are processed within 3 business days. Our standard shipping option is USPS First Class Mail, however, we do offer upgraded shipping options at checkout. USPS typically takes 3 to 5 days for delivery, although their delivery times are not guaranteed. International orders take approximately 10 days to arrive via USPS. For international orders, we are not responsible for customs regulations or duties that may apply. Every order ships with tracking, however, we cannot control delivery times once the product is in transit. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us before ordering to discuss what the best shipping option would be for you.
Shipping Delays
Please be sure to double check your shipping address upon checkout to prevent shipping delays. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Occasionally, products may get lost in the mail. If your tracking information has not updated in 7 days due to carrier delays, please contact us and we will either issue you a refund or send a replacement product.

Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to love the products you purchase from us. Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery if you would like to return your product. You must send the products back to us in their original packaging and we will refund you after receiving the items back up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Need to cancel your order? We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
